Darling Dahlia

“Darling Dahlia” is such a pretty glittery purple and it honors the prettiest little girl named Dahlia Grissom. Dahlia’s story is below.

August 2020 my flower Dahlia was diagnosed with DIPG. My two-year-old had to endure 30 treatments of radiation Sept-Oct. She was on steroids which made her very big, hungry and mean. Thank God the steroids phase is over with. Her first MRI December 8, 2020 was absolutely great. Her second MRI March 8, 2021 not so great. It showed swelling and hopefully it could be reaction to radiation! I know this is DIPG but I pray it’s not her tumor swelling back up. Her next MRI is in June.
