Kourageous Keith

"Kourageous Keith" is a soft yellow polish with just a hint of shimmer.  "Kourageous Keith" honors Keith Burkett, a mighty warrior who fought an unimaginable battle.  Keith is now an angel.  His story, as told by his mom, is below.

Many of you knew him as "Kourageous Keith." But I knew him as Keith my Kiefy my baby boy my hero! His smile could light up the room. His laughter was infectious. He had the most beautiful eyes. He was always smiling despite everything he was going through. He always stuck up for the people who could stick up for themselves. He was the best Big Brother. He loved Mario Nintendo and video games. His iPad never left his side! His favorite food was shrimp and cheeseburgers. He loved all things Disney. He loved slushies. His favorite color was yellow! He loved to make YouTube videos. His favorite number was 8. He absolutely loved Halloween and Christmas. He loved playing pranks on people. He loved sharks and weather. He loved anything from the eighties and the nineties. He was the sweetest smartest funniest kindhearted brave person that I will ever know. He makes me so proud that I was his mommy. I will never let anyone ever forget who he is. He wasn't just the kid who had cancer he was the hero that beat so many odds. He was given 2 years to live he lived 7. He fought cancer 4 times!! He fought to his very last breath. Life wasn't very fair to Keith, but he never let that stop him. Xrays, PET scans, chemo, radiation, blood transfusions, pills upon pills, radiation, surgery I could go on for days the things Keith endured. Never once did he complain. Scared maybe but never complained! We could all learn a something from Keith. Despite what you're going through you get up every day you show up and you do your best and you never let it get you down you never give up!!
