“Polly’s Purrfect Polish” is a collection favorite! It is a vibrant purple polish honoring Nora Sullivan. Nora’s story is below.
Nora is a bright, kind-hearted 8-year-old girl who lives in Madison, Mississippi with her parents, Spencer and Lisa Sullivan, and her three sisters, Scarlett, Ashlyn, and Blaire. She is the third of four sisters and each of the girls are about two years apart. Nora is in the 3rd grade and loves school. She also loves soccer, basketball, art, cooking, UNO, Legos, riding her bike, and playing with her animals. Nora has cats, dogs, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, turtles, and goats. Her favorite cat is Polly, who is a polydactyl calico cat with six toes on each foot. Nora and Polly spend a lot of time snuggling on the couch. Nora also enjoys spending time with her grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins who live in Mississippi, North Carolina, and Arkansas. Her favorite television show is Cake Wars, which she started watching after she was diagnosed with leukemia and initially had to spend a couple of months in Memphis, Tennessee while being treated at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She also developed a passion for cooking, baking, and UNO during that time. Nora and her family attend Pinelake Church in Madison, Mississippi
